As part of the City’s Waterfront District, the property is a unique blend of commercial and residential living that includes stunning views, river access and urban street fronts. To assist in street relocation and develop a river walk and public pier, the project incorporated a TIF grant from the City. Tenant amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, community laundry, swimming pool and maintenance building. Building exteriors are a combination of brick veneer and fiber cement siding.
