The 98 McBee project is a $6 million urban infill development located in the heart of downtown Greenville, South Carolina. After the 2008 economic downturn, the original, eight-story building was revamped as a four-story, 55 unit building. Previously constructed for a separate development with a basement level, PDIA worked closely with the original developer and the City to expand the plans and meet the construction budget. PDIA enhanced the City’s master downtown plan with a front plaza design that serves as both a building entry and a public space for those working and enjoying downtown.
