Built as part of the town’s redevelopment plan, the Town Park Lofts at West Sullivan Apartments features 262 upscale units consisting of 1br, 2br and 3br apartments within a single four-story building. Resident amenities are numerous: cyber cafe, fitness center, game room, outdoor plaza with fountains, bike storage, pool, multipurpose room and elevators. A ground level clubhouse at a staggering 7,400 square feet, features trendy retail spaces. The town’s Farmer’s Market and a family carousel are located southwest of the complex. The development has been strategically built to unite residential areas to the North with commercial spaces to the East, South and West of Kingsport. The structure is a four-story, wood-framed building with a flat roof. The brick, stone and siding exterior was designed to create a natural, visual transition between commercial and residential developments in the area.
