Laurel View is a $15 million luxury apartment development. The complex features seven 3-story walk-up, garden style apartments with 174 units. This HUD 221-D4 project was complete in the summer of 2018 and provides ample resident amenities: large clubhouse (3,500 sq. ft.) with clubroom, cyber cafe, fitness center, dog spa, a pool and outdoor area with grills, a pool cabana, and pergola. A maintenance building on the premises also includes a car care center, picnic shelter and mail building.
